The sale of products on this Website is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Our terms & conditions are amended from time to time and become effective as soon as they are amended. When you purchase from our website or browse it you automatically agree to our terms & conditions.

PLEASE REVIEW THESE DOCUMENTS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

We endeavor to display as accurately as possible the products available for sale of our Website. However, the colours and images that you will see on our Website will depend on a number of factors such as your monitor and its settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colour or other features of products shipped to in accordance with your order(s) will appear exactly the same as the image you see displayed on the Website.

By ordering products from this Website, you authorize Flower Fruits and its agents or other credit card processing vendors to charge your credit card for the applicable fees. If Flower Fruits does not receive payment from the card issuer, you agree to pay Flower Fruits all amounts due upon demand. Flower Fruits may take commercially reasonable actions to verify your credit card. You agree to pay all reasonable attorneys' and collection fees arising from Flower Fruits efforts to collect any past due amounts from you to the extent allowed by law. We have the right to refuse to accept or fulfill any order upon reasonable notice.

Alcohol
All alcoholic products offered for sale by Flower Fruits are NOT available to persons under the age of 18 years.

Sale and Delivery
 

Orders will only be dispatched after a full payment has been received. 
Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, Flower Fruits is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order, product or service.

Once you place the order, you enter into an agreement with Flower Fruits. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us. 



Flower Fruits reserves the right not to provide goods, remove or edit content or cancel orders at our discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

When you place an order with us it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address. Should you enter the wrong address and the delivery was made additional delivery charges will incur for the correct delivery address. 


Flower Fruits will advise you of an estimated time for delivery of the arrangements. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all times specified are estimates only. All attempts will be made to deliver the arrangements between the hours of 9am and 5pm and to residential addresses up until 6:30pm. However, we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery.

If for some reason the order does not arrive it is the customers’ responsibility to inform one of our team members. We will make necessary inquiries with the courier company & advise you of the outcome. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

If an item has been lost in transit we will do our very best to dispatch a replacement arrangement as soon as possible.

Flower Fruits cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising from arrangements lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

It is in our interest that the arrangement arrives safely to the delivery address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information regarding the delivery instructions. Please specify any special instructions especially when delivering to a residential address and if no one will be home. If the incorrect delivery address is supplied or if there is no safe place to leave the arrangement when no one is there to accept it, it will be returned to Flower Fruits. One of our team members will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery on the same day as the original delivery date may incur an additional fee. To avoid misunderstanding and extra charges, please carefully enter the correct details and necessary information for delivery.

Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to a cancellation of an order.
